What is your returns policy?

We aim to deliver products and service of the highest quality. Should our services or products not meet your expectations in any way we will naturally do our best to correct this.

Goods can be returned in the following instances:
Defective and/or damaged goods
Misprints and/or damaged goods
Goods can be returned to the following address:

When returning goods please include the following:
A description of the fault/mistake
A copy of the original invoice

If the mistake is accepted a new production will be set in motion and the goods dispatched within 7-10 working days.

b. Cancelling purchase of personalised products.
Once personalised products have been ordered, it is not possible to cancel the order. Goods produced to your personal specifications are not returnable. This is in acccordance with the Danish Consumer Act §4 section 2 relating to the sale of goods or services produced to the consumers own specifications.

When you make your order and press ’send’ you are confirming your purchase and giving permission for ToonPrint to make the product according to the information you have given us. We print solely according to the instructions you have given us so it is vital therefore that you check for accuracy before pressing ‘send’.
