How can I check my order status?

We keep you constantly informed as to the progress of your order via email. Alternatively, you can follow the progress of your order online by clicking Account Details.

Soon after you have placed an order, we will send an order confirmation to your email address. This will include an order number and supplementary information about the goods you have ordered.

When the products are ready, we will inform you by email and your goods will be dispatched to the delivery address you have given.
Allow 6–7 working days between order date and delivery date.
