What is the delivery time?

ToonPrint A/S send most orders with parcel post although certain products may be sent by regular surface mail. You can track your parcel post order from start to finish via your online account. If parts of your order are sent by surface mail, you will only be able to track it until it has been sent from ToonPrint A/S.

We reserve the right to split delivery. The payment will only be deducted from your payment/credit card when all the products have been sent.

Estimated delivery time for European countries:
Christmas cards & invitations: 6-7 days
Photo calendars: 6-7 days
Mousepads, mugs, jigsaws, T-shirts and cuddly toys: 6-7 days
Engraved pins: 6-7 days
Other engraved products: 6-7 days.
Name cards: 6-7 days
Stamps: 6-7 days
Stickers: 6-7 weekdays
Other products 6-7 days unless otherwise stated.
NB: Delivery time can be longer during holiday periods and we do not deliver between Christmas and New Year.
