The database is not encrypted, and personal information that you enter on the web site will not be encrypted during transmission – however, all information regarding credit or debit cards will be encrypted both in the database and during transfer from your computer to our web site. ToonPrint A/S registers your personal information in order to be able to deliver your product to you.

All prices stated on the web site are incl. VAT and all duties, tariffs, etc. For goods ordered on www.toonprint.com to Norway, the prices are exclusive of VAT, and tariffs, including duties, and import fees for deliveries to Norway.
ToonPrint A/S’s freight rates depend on the product range and destination. Please see the relevant section under “Delivery”.
Agreements made on ToonPrint A/S’s web site are concluded in the following languages: Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, German, and English.
Data sent as part of a purchase paid for by card is encrypted (SSL), and thus only the banks’ payment systems may read it. Neither ToonPrint A/S nor anybody else may read the data.
The amount for the goods will only be withdrawn once the goods are shipped from ToonPrint A/S. We will never withdraw an amount that exceeds the amount you have approved upon purchase.

ToonPrint A/S ships the majority of ordered goods by parcel post; however, certain products will be sent by ordinary mail. In your online account you may follow the development of your order from the time of order until delivery in instances where the product is sent by parcel post. If parts of your order are sent by ordinary mail, these may be followed up until the point when they are sent from ToonPrint A/S.
We reserve the right to perform part deliveries. However, the order amount will only be withdrawn from your debit/credit card once all products have been shipped.

Ordering and prices
Perform the following steps to place an order with ToonPrint A/S: Design your products and add them to your basket. Once you have placed the products in the basket you may see them, see a preview of or edit them by pressing links next to each individual order line. Once the required products have been placed in the basket you will be taken to a page where you need to log in if you already have an account – if not, you will be required to set up an account. When setting up an account, you need to enter delivery address, invoicing address, email address and your password. An overview of your order will be shown. Then you will pay using one of the means of payment indicated under “Means of payment”. During the entire order phase you may change, delete or add information. Once the order has been paid, however, it is no longer possible to make any changes, as the order is sent on for production immediately after payment has been made.All prices stated on the web site are incl. If you pay by a debit or credit card, you are always protected from abuse, as you may reject a payment when receiving your statement of payments. Cooling-off period
IN CASES WHERE THE GOODS ARE RETURNED AND THE COOLING-OFF PERIOD IS EXERCISED, SUCH RETURN MAY ONLY BE PERFORMED PROVIDED THAT THE GOODS, WHEN RETURNED, ARE IN ESSENTIALLY THE SAME CONDITION AND AMOUNT AS WHEN YOU RECEIVED THEM. Complaints
ToonPrint A/S grants a 2 year right to complain as per the Danish Sale of Goods Act, including defects in manufacture and materials which are ascertained during normal use of the product. The right to complain does not include defects, damage, wear and tear directly or indirectly arising from incorrect operation, faulty maintenance, abuse or unauthorised interference. Complaints regarding defects and deficiencies, which should be ascertained following normal inspection of the goods, must be communicated to ToonPrint A/S within a reasonable period of time. The goods may be subsequently returned for repair, exchange or, following agreement, possibly crediting. In case of complaints, ToonPrint A/S shall, to a reasonable extent, bear the costs involved in returning the goods. Complaints and goods returns due to errors, deficiencies and possibly non-delivery should be directed to: ToonPrint A/S, Galoche Alle 14, DK-4600 Køge, email: support@toonprint.com. Goods may be returned to the above address – please note that we do not accept parcels sent to us cash on delivery. Goods may also be returned to us by delivering it to us personally. The following is no requirement, yet the handling process will proceed more smoothly if adequate information is enclosed with the parcel - e.g. a copy of the order confirmation, registration number and bank account number to which a refund may be made, copy of any prior correspondence, etc.E-marketing
